How we protect your data

Your queries and research history are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your queries to train public AI models. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

Google user data

Casescout offers “Continue with Google” sign-in. When you use it, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account, and use them only to create and secure your Casescout account. We do not share Google user data with third parties, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your consent or for security purposes. Casescout’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
